Yeah, I'll email you. I can run Mac OS 10.6.8 with Xcode 4.2 very well in VMWare 5.0.5. off of a quad i7 2.3 GHz 17" MacBook Pro with an internal SSD on a 6G bus with 16 GB of RAM. It doesn't need more than 5 GB of RAM in the partition.
The secret is 16 GB of RAM and one or more SSDs to run on.
