That’s an accessibility problem. If Apple wrote an Accessibility Add On that
worked with PDFs that would solve the problem.
99% of the world do not suffer from having “Accessibility” type problems, it
seems mad to make something unusable by 99% of the world because it might help
the %1 of the %1 of humanity that have “Accessibility” problems that have also
need to look at Apple Technical Documents.
