Folder actions executing on remote computer

I posted this a while ago, but since there was no answer I'm trying again.
We have an Adobe Acrobat server that was recently upgraded to OS 9.1. Some
folders are shared and have folder actions attached to them, that change the
name of the files dropped there and move them into Acrobat's hot folders. So
far (while we had OS 8.6) things were fine, but now, when a remote computer
mounts the shared folder, it can not unmount it until all the actions are
completed and I'm not talking about transfering the file over the network
here. Those actions (described above) take place only on the server and have
nothing to do with the remote machine. The "Program Linking" in the File
Sharing CP is not started anywhere, and still, it looks like the attached
folder action does something on the remote machine as well. The message I
get is "Volume Acrobat can not be unmounted because the file "Icon" is
busy." Another message that I get when opening a folder (with a folder
action attached) from the server is "The action script file attached to this
folder does not contain any script resources."
What can I do to prevent this? Why does the folder actions on the server
interact with the remote workstation?
Thank you,
Romy
