I seriously would like to just _try_ Mail.app (even though I prefer plain text only mail clients)
but in standard installations of 10.1.1 and 10.1.2, it has never even worked, let alone let me try
to script anything with it.

I just put it down to it doesn't like dial-up connections (no offline stuff, etc).
