Er, I suppose it must take a gestalt overview of the script before
compiling.

I have to say that I'm slightly disconcerted by multiple-word osax or
application commands which contain words that are also common standalone
commands. Far from making things 'easier to read' I find that they can
increase the fog index considerably when I'm skimming through a script or
dictionary.

I have no problem with "give the finger of death", though.
