you can search for all types of files from Aqua

choose
Finder > Go > Go to Folder

enter the main directory you want to search, e.g.
//usr

You're begging the question. If I have no idea where osascript is, I cannot find it using the normal find procedure.

You have a file named "netboot" on your machine. Tell me how to find it with "aqua" without knowing where it is.
