Just out of curiosity, what was Bruce doing before he was running a Bay
Area computer store before he joined Apple?

That is, did his (excellent) grasp of human/computer interaction arise from
academic work or from observation, cogitation, etc? (Either way, Apple
should indeed consider bringing him back.)
