I don't know if that strictly true, but it is true that a person has
'properties', which is a record.  If the properties of a person are
enough to make your comparison, then I think your plan is sound.

There is no built-in AS command to remove a given field from a record.
 However, there is a scripting addition that looks pretty good:

I haven't used it, but if it works as advertised it's exactly what
you're looking for.  Can't beat the price, either.
