I tried using Dockless and it did not work... where do I find the bundles Info.plist

For application bundles (.app), you can specify the LSUIElement key in the
bundle's Info.plist file. For example:

Hiding a Login Item, whether managed by MCX or not (which it sounds like
you're doing), just tells the system not to show its windows. It's the
