Thanks for the explanation. So, if the color space were a canvas,
whose size is determined by the gamut, then perceptual intent
corresponds to rescaling, while relative colorimetric intent
corresponds to cropping.
So what's the difference between Relative and Absolute colorimetric
rendering intent? Wikipedia left Relative off, and their def of
Absolute sounds a lot like what you just said above: "The colors
outside of the proof print system's possible color space are moved
inside it, while those already within are not changed."
