Extract URL from Mail.app Message and download .tar file

Dear AppleScript-Meisters,

Every week we receive an email message which contains a secure URL (https://) of a ".tar" file and its related ".PDF".
We then open Safari to download the 2 files. Since I think this is relatively easily scriptable, I would like to launch an Applescript script, based on rules in "Mail.app" which then downloads the files.

E.g from the email message:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dear User,

the products you have ordered are available on a tar file named
ABC.YYYY_DOY_DD_0001_0.tar, on line on the server "example.com", in the home directory of the account (case sensitive):

In order to access the product by HTTP, you can use the following URL:

https://abcde:email@hidden/pub/

You can access it via FTP or HTTP.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Can someone help me please how this script should look ?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Gilles Celli
