After installing Snow Leopard, yesterday, I ran more file moving tests.
Here are the results ...

1.9, 1.5, 1.4, 1.1, 1.2, Relaunch Finder,
1.8, 1.7, 1.8, 1.4, Relaunch Finder,
1.7, 1.4, 1.5, 1.4, 1.5, 1.4, 1.3, Relaunch Finder,
1.7

Remember, these values are files/sec. It looks like the Finder is having a problem that slows the flow of data, but I don't have the slightest idea what is going wrong.
