Is it what we call an improvement ?

It's called "removing features that most people don't use." Typically, you'd set the language once in System Preferences and run with it.

Sorry, Chris, this is exaggerated. American is the computers' leading language, so switching between your non-US locale and US is a common practice for non-American users.


I would understand better if you wrote "removing features that most people don't use in California". :-)
