The trial version of UI Browser is not crippled in any way, except that it stops working after 30 days. So if you're finding a limitation, check out the Help book and make sure you're using it correctly.

That said, there have always been issues trying to use GUI Scripting with Java applications, apparently because many Java applications do not properly or fully support Apple's Accessibility API.

That's something I'll investigate. Thank you for the information.
