One other thing we have to remember, there are at least a dozen MUGs that
have their web postcard/page/sites on mac.com. They are there most likely
because they are small and can't afford web hosting let alone a domain name.
For them it was easy to put up a notice "were here, come to meetings on
Tuesday, at Joe's house". No need to know HTML, no webmaster required.
Everyone knows where you are. They may not be able to budget for a $50 (2 new
members dues) yearly expense.
