...totally right, I know Apple is a company and since then, they need to
make profits and do a lot more....
the deal here is that the world is a mess itself and we will not punish
Apple for that, but outside US even if we receive the same tool that you (US
guys) some of them have limitations, and that is neither Apple fault
itself...
In case you don't know:
iPhoto, I can't sent to print on Kodak stores, neither buy an album and make
it deliver to my address in Venezuela
Sherlock 3, you can search by zip code the sushi restaurants or even buy
tickets for movies, I'm sure that if I place my zip code, would say that is
an error there...
That will not stop me to keep trying to be at the top of the technology and
get Jaguar, as I know deep inside I will still support the .mac unless for
this year (half price) even if I don't know if I will be able to pay since
Apple sometimes have issues with international credit cards (if someone
outside US already upgrade, will be nice to tell us if everything worked
fine).
But what we can not denied is that we are 5% and we don't want that 5%
divided on 20% at the top of the tech of mac stuff, and 80% growing that
will remain like those who now have system 7, yes it still works, it is
still great OS, but they will miss a big part of the cool stuff Apple is
doing.
So Apple was a Rolex and play hard to become a Swatch, can't we try to make
Apple maybe not a Swatch anymore because of a global crisis but instead of a
Rolex again, something more affordable ?
We are not asking Apple to not make profit or being healthy, we are thinking
that maybe they could make things a little different and help us to help
her.
How many schools on US, will pay for their kids .mac accounts??? I guess
some schools have like 500 mac.com accounts now, maybe I get surprised and
all of them do.
Some thoughts....
