I agree, I use Photoshop everyday and know the shortcuts subconsciously.
When working on a large file photoshop will queue all the keyboard commands.
It will process the next command straight after completing the current one.
Correct me if I am wrong, but instantaneously starting the next command is
going to be faster than waiting for the current command to finish, move the
mouse to the a nested sub menu and starting the next one.
