Mac users (at least this one:-) are used to apps implementing option
click for close all. I'd expect more than 0 people to run into this.
I wish Cocoa let me hook option-click in the close box so I can do my
own close the windows loop. (It hasn't been at the top of my priority
list to file an enhancement request yet though.)
