If that isn't the slickest way to walk a new user through something, I
don't know what is.

Well, that's why I didn't like Apple Guide at all.

- no way to read about a problem
- you have to do exactly what the machine tells you or you can't proceed

I just want some form of electronic manual with a search function. Apple Help is on the right track.
(Would be nice if it understood CSS though ...)
