The german equivalent of "untitled" is "ohne Titel" (*). Since "ohne"
is not a noun, that's perfectly valid.
Oh, and there have been no efforts to remove the title case for
nouns. The so-called "Rechtschreibreform" did change some other rules
- of which a lot are being re-reformed because they were - well -
just idiotic.

(*) GraphicConverter - as a Carbon app - uses "ohne Name" (i.e.
"unnamed").
