Actually, that's not correct. The Contextual Menu Manager is used
by all applications on the system
Well perhaps I do need to read on about Contextual Menus :), but still
(a) it is definitely not Cocoa (as of pertinent to the original
question);
(b) I am yet to see the Finder contextual menus in *any* other
application--be it Carbon or Cocoa.
Although (b) proves nothing (but for that I am probably using all the
wrong apps :)) it is kind of strange, compared with the true system-
wide presence of things like Input Managers or, say, spellcheckers.
