I have HP ColorProGA and two RIPs for it: Imation ColorRIP and
PressReadyRIP. I'm always using ImationRIP with custom-made ICC device
links.
It prints very good. But some days ago I've decided to try PressReady (with
custom profiles too!). An I've found that proofs look like convertion from
sourse profile to printer profile was done with Perceptual rendering
Intent.
The difference between two proofs (one from PressReady, another from
Imation) was big.
Does anybody have an idea about it?
Does the PressReady's default rendering intent PERSEPTUAL? If it's true -
how can we use PressReady like proofing RIP?
