It may be that you are setting the internal name, not the external one, and
that the profile is being calles something else in the Finder.

It is not uncommon for calibrated montiors to show a brighter, bluer color in
the cursor than on the rest of the screen, especially with visual
calibration. Restarting may eliminate this.
