That's what I always thought. And it's simply NOT practical to think we can
have multiple flavors of all the E6 films as IT8's. Look how many damn
different kinds of Ektachrome there are.

It was always my impression that the IT8 profiled how the scanner "sees"
what you put on it, not the idiosyncrasies of each kind of E6 film. And what
about those old timers scanning Kodachrome??? It's even worse for print
papers!
