A good number of cmyk profiles are relative such as the Adobe profiles and
those that are made for cross proofing such as in Best etc. You can easily
change the rending intent default in Colorthink and view if indeed there are
tags or tables for the 4 intent choices.

Yes going out into the PCS in perceptual but back into the rgbMONITOR in
