There are several possible routes to use to apply your profile; but since you
are printing directly from Photoshop, life can be simple, and you can turn
off color management in the driver's advanced options (if it has that option)
and choose your profile in the printer space box at the bottom of the main
print window. Or you could do it the other way (as you suggested) and apply
the profile in the advanced options, and set the print space to "same as
source".
