I don9t think it is possible (according to Epson) to get Dye inks for the
5500. I just tired and was pointed at buying at 7000 or 9000 printer that
was being refurbished for the Dye inks. This appears to be the short term
solution for smaller format printing with Epson printers and dye inks.
