There are two profile involved: the source profile from your camera, or the
profile of the workingspace that you corrected the color in is one of them,
the press profile or profile of the other CMYK device you are planning on
printing to is the other. CMYK is not universal, but in the US there is an
unfortunate tendency to convert to SWOP CMYK if there is no other definition
given. The other factor to consider is rendering intent for the RGB>CMYK
conversion. Try Perceptual and Relative Colorimetric, and see which looks
better for your images. This is a simplification, but you asked it as a
simple question... so in its most basic form: adjust your color in AdobeRGB
on a calibrated monitor, in Photoshop, and convert from there to Web Coated
(SWOP) using Perceptual or RelCol intent, then save.
