Optical 3.5 and Red Cast in PhotoShop

Has anyone experienced a severe red cast on images viewed in PhotoShop after
calibrating with Optical 3.5? We have a customer (running Window 2000) who
calibrated his Trinitron monitor with Optical 3.5, and now all images
displayed in PhotoShop have a severe red cast. Reverting to a profile
created with Optical 3.1 solves the problem, but all calibrations done with
version 3.5 result in the same red cast. ColorVision tech support has not
offered a solution. Has anyone seen this? Thanks.
