http://www.swop.org/certification.html#cert
It's 3rd to the last and is actually a Kodak product listed as "Kodak
Polychrome GraphicsMatchprint Professional Server Xerox. DocuColor 12.
Color Printer" and the certification is valid for two more weeks
according to the web page.
There is a PDF document you can download which lists the requirements for
reproducing the conditions of the certification. Only two proofs are
required with an application. I also don't know if the application
requires tolerances over a period of time (in between normal,
manufacturer recommended maintenance cycles for example - and what the
cycle is) and that would be important information to have.
In addition to the device and RIP itself, you need to have deglossing
sheets, a laminator and use their color laser proof publication stock.
I would ask a rep if it's due to be recertified. I also know SWOP is
working on clarifying the PDF documents that are submitted with the list
of steps on how to reproduce the necessary conditions for certification -
I think they want them to have more detail on what exactly is required to
reproduce the necessary conditions of certification. I don't know is when
this is going to take place.
