Thank you for that excellent advice.
I think I will just re-install ONYX and see what happens.
You are absolutely correct about the "zillion" optons that just one can
be catastrophic. It looks like engineers went mad trying to make all
things possible.
Personally, I want consistency and predictability much more than that
extreme amount of control. Especially when so many of the menu choices,
checkboxes, radio buttons and pop-up menus are redundant.
