The questions:

Are you logged as administrator everytime?
Did you checked in MSCONFIG if are no confilcts startup settings?
Your video driver doesn't have any resource to "balance" video card Luts -I
saw "defaults" of video driver that auto-reset or change gamma settings for
most 3D game users.
This problem only happen in startup or wakeup too?
