Tell me if this is not appropriate for this forum.
Incredibly strange problems hoping y'all could help.
Was onsite calibrating the 7700dn calibration went very smooth. Client did
not have PhaserMatch.
Ran my test file and the print was incredibly dark. Adjusted Transfer
settings to no avail. Internal test prints from the 7700 print normal.
Took the same file and printed from a PC with the same driver and color came
out as expected (Not perfect but reasonably close). Printed same file from
Mac, same driver, same settings, and it came out too dark again. Played with
the adjustments in the print dialogs and saw changes but not good changes.
Tried different macs, different OS (9 & X).
I am calling Xerox but wondered if in the real world others had seen the
same thing.
