Sounds like this printer is not in a position to advise you or your client
on which best color workflow to use from your digital captures. Do you
supply your images in RGB or CMYK to this printer?
Sooner or later, you might want to get yourself a screen calibration package
to get you of those dreaded 9300 colors.
Once you do that, you might find that your EPSON prints no longer match your
screen so you might also want to think about using some remote profiling
services.
And when all that is done and you're hapy with color in your closed loop,
then you'll have to decide with your client what kinds of colors is this
printer capable of? I don't want to say more for the moment without knowing
th rest of your story.
