We keep having this problem with Monaco Proof 3.6.
We've tried it on win98 and win2k, same problem happens.
Sometimes when reading the strips on our DTP41T the software just stops
taking data.
For example, yesterday on page 8, strip number 4, it just wouldn't
accept it.
Saved the session, restarted the s/w, rebooted the computer and tried it
again. No go.
The DTP41 is working fine and the xrite tool crib s/w sees it and
operated it correctely.
Unfortunately, we have to start reading the strips from the beginning to
get past this.
There's nothing wrong with the strips since we read the same ones the
second time and they work.
This is extremely annoying and time consuming.
Monaco tech support has been no help on this.
In fact, they were somewhat rude to our operator who last called for
tech support.
Do we need a support contract to find out why their software doesn't
work correctly?
