You can check which colors are being clipped using Photoshop Gamut warning
or get more technical by using ColorThink to see how colors are being moved

Well if the color server does not allow you to select and rendering intent
you can again build the output profile with rel colorimetric as the default
intent. Monaco Profiler allows you to select the default rendering intent
when generating the profile.

If you don't like the way the perceptual table is rendering images you can
adjust the parameters in Monaco Profiler. Monaco Profiler is only profiling
app that lets you tune contrast and saturation of the perceptual rendering
intent while building. Try that first before editing your profile.
