Try reinstalling the print drivers. You may need to physically remove the old ones first. I'm not saying this is the cause, but we've had considerably difficulty with the Epson 2100 driver going haywire. Pink prints and no prints being the most notable problems. Reinstalling fixed it ... but it does come back.
