How do I use Measure app to determine ink channel limit?

I am evaluating a new rip proofmaster 2.0 and during the setup process it
has me print a chart to determine max ink per channel. Isn't there a way to
use the measure app and a eye one to measure each patch and determine at
what point the color is maxed out? If so what is the procedure?
