Thanks to all for your answers...
I made the spectral file with MeasureTool as you recommended me, but when I
tried to create the profile with PM, it says that the archive is too big...
Anybody knows the limitation of patches with ProfileMaker????
Thanks in advance......

Yes, this is straight forward to do. The trick is to measure the chart
in MeasureTool rather than ProfileMaker. You measure the individual
pages and then merge the measurements together in MeasureTool itself.
It's described in the ProfileMaker 4.x electronic help in section
MeasureTool > Creating Measurement and Reference Files > Measuring
Output Testcharts > Merging Measurement Files. The important thing is to
merge the pages in the right order so they represent the swatch ordering
in the reference file.
If you are creating a completely custom chart of your own the central
point is that your reference file will describe the complete merged
chart. Whilst you will have N chart TIFFs, one for each of the N pages
you break the chart represented by the reference file down into. As
stated you then merge the measurement files for each page in the correct
order to produce a complete merged measurement file. This single
measurement file is then used along with the reference file in
ProfileMaker.
It's an interesting thing customising charts. I've seen some
improvements for certain challenging situations. But as I believe on of
the authors of the fine Real World Color Management said, creating your
own charts can quickly lead to insanity <g>
