Any Help more than welcome, I really become confused about that.

Have a Sony DSC-S85 not supporting any profiles.
Import the pictures with Digital Pictures without any profiles in OS X
10.3.2.
Opening the pictures with Photoshop CD opens a window telling me the
photo has an srgb-Profile.
Running the apple-script "Show profile info" with the same picture
tells me there is NO profile embedded.

Working space in CS is set to eci-rgb.

What is it I do not understand?
