I had that very same experience happened to me as I was editing the
*perceptual* rendering intent of an output profile -- the Device to Lab
table or A2B0 tag. None of my edits were ever visible in Photoshop because
Photoshop is hardcoded to use the A2B1 tag or RelCol table of the profile.
So, as soon as I applied my edits to the relcol tag as well in
ProfileEditor, my edits were immediately visible in Photoshop.
