What differentiates basICColor Display from ColorEyes Display? Are
they identical? Why would one choose one over the other?
FWIW, I was impressed with the last version of basICColor Display that
I had (v2.5.4) and remain impressed with ColorEyes Display 3.0. Good
stuff.
Thanks Terry, : )
Ok, Absolutely true, under the hood is rather the same.
We have been directly supporting this market since the team of
engineers started Profile City.
Now for the last near three years we have focused specifically on our
Photo and design customers.
The ColorEyes camera profiling product has had success because of our
strength in digital photography workflows.
We have made a conscious decision to expand or build upon that success.
Thus the release of ColorEyes Display
As Jon Meyer has mentioned, come to GATF if you can. It should be a
great event! "Pre-registration" is way up this year! Integrated Color
Corporation is responsible for the entire digital photography
curriculum at this event. Maybe you could see first hand, "why
ColorEyes Display"?
One major technical differences:
1. SERIAL NUMBER ACTIVATION, i hope everyone hears this.
2. As far as the bundle goes......Much superior instrument to the
Squid, we use the DTP-94.
3. We know the photo and design market intimately, our application
experience is rather deep.
4. Strong product documentation and online technical support.
