I would love to know more about the value of this tool.
It seems like it is the equivalent of taking a color RGB image in Photoshop, selecting "desaturate" to convert it to RGB grayscale and then separating using a normal profile.
does it somehow do more than this?
I've been asking nearly everyone I run into whether they use this function or see value in it but I have yet to have anyone who did, or does. I'm not trying to be negative I really want to learn more about it.
