As the song goes, I truly second that emotion.

And I think we all owe a debt of gratitude to Dan Margulis, Bruce Fraser,
Jim Rich and all the others who have posted to this thread (which I had the
temerity of starting off on April 13...what was I thinking?) for
contributing their tremendous knowledge and expertise.

The greatest thing about all this is that we are all allowed to disagree
civilly (and with just a pinch of pointed wit, if you please...).
