I use recommend to wait 30mins before measuring the K3 inks. Is it the

the Pantone inks?

Yes, I know, but as it's not the first time I do it, I'm fairly fast
with this now.
Any pigment ink on that printer generation may ask for many cleaning
cycles and the occasional exchange of dampers + the waste ink box
contents.
This is not the problem as I am changing the heads and all maintenance
parts.
