not very good. Ask if they are Q-Lab certified (assuming they are also a
photo lab). There can be a lot of variation in the development of the
photographic process if it is not tightly controlled. Ask to see their
control strips if they will let you...
A clarification here - Qlab is strictly for the E6 transparency film process
which the Lightjet used for display output would have nothing to do with.
Control strips would say nothing about this problem either as they are
apparently calibrating to compensate for whatever the processor is doing.
The real problem is that they're not using color profiles at all and they're
tweaking the files to "help" push a square peg through a round hole.
