A question for anyone who may be able to answer:

How is it that there is an AppleScript out there (called "Convert File Using
Device Link") that converts images using device links, but there is no way
to do that in Photoshop?

FYI, we have developed plug-ins for applying DVL profiles inside photoshop (Photoshop 7 / CS / CS2 on mac os x only).
