This what I am planning - both on the sending of our own proofs to our
offshore printer, and upon receipt of their digital proofs to us.
If I'm understanding the ISO / Fogra working methods correctly - we can both
independently measure / test each another's proofs (FOGRA Media Wedge) and
if they meet the tolerances set by Fogra/ISO that proof then can be
considered "verified" - even though different measurement devices are being
used.
Of course if the measurements results are tighter than the Fogra tolerances
- perhaps half as many have recommended - so much the better.
