It does have an extra VGA plug, but the computer runs OS 9. (It *could*
run OS X, I guess - it once ran 10.1.3.) So I could attach a second
monitor. However, I understand that trying to find calibration equipment
for OS 9 is nearly impossible, and I have no idea how today's calibration
hardware and software would interact with the G3 peapod iMac. I'd rather
get something that works right off the bat.
>What OS's will Photoshop 7 run under?
People on the Photoshop list tell me it will run under 10.4. One person
wrote me saying, "If you buy a new machine you'll be running everything
under emulation", but I think he's in error, as others report it running
fine on their 10.4.8.

everyone makes software for it.
It doesn't come with its own software?? I thought you bought a
calibration instrument and it came with whatever it needed to work. I'm
trying to make this calibration as painless as possible (I'll probably hire
someone to come help me do it the first time).
thanks,
