For the 2400 I can't say. I'm using a Mac Pro 2x3 Ghz Dual-core with
both an Epson Stylus Photo R800 and Stylus Pro 4000 and don't see
what you describe when printing to either device.
Off-list can you send me a screen-grab of the PS3 beta's Print Dialog
box please? I'll do the same once I get your message.
